AN ACT relating to compensation of public employees and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 64 to increase the minimum wage to seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for all full-time nonelected employees of the state or any of its counties, cities, school districts, or any other special taxing districts; include school bus drivers employed by any local board of education regardless of full-time or part-time status; EMERGENCY.
