AN ACT relating to vehicle emission testing.
Create and amend various sections of KRS Chapters 77 and 224 to prohibit county air pollution control districts from operating vehicle exhaust testing programs; require the cabinet to operate the programs.
HB 782 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, R. Crimm) - Amend KRS 224.20-715 to require the cabinet to exempt, in counties containing a city of the first class, vehicles manufactured in the last three (3) years or less from inspection under a vehicle emission control program.
