AN ACT relating to eavesdropping.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 526 to establish the Class A misdemeanor crime of eavesdropping in the second degree when a person eavesdrops on a business communication; create new sections of KRS Chapter 526 to establish related criminal penalties; amend other sections of KRS Chapter 526 to conform; create a new section of KRS Chapter 411 to establish a civil action based on eavesdropping.
