AN ACT relating to compensation of public employees and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section to KRS Chapter 64 to require that all full-time nonelected public employees of the state or any of its counties, cities, school districts, and other special taxing districts be paid a minimum of one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the federal poverty level; include school bus drivers employed by an local board of education regardless of full-time or part-time status; EMERGENCY.
