AN ACT relating to gubernatorial campaign finance.
     Amend KRS 121A.010 to define "political organization"; create new section of KRS Chapter 121A to permit slates of independent candidates or slates of candidates of a political organization to receive transfers from the election campaign fund if they get 10,000 signatures on a petition; prescribe form of petition; permit independent slates or political organization slates to also qualify to receive transfers from the election campaign fund under KRS 121A.060; provide that for every 10,000 signatures obtained, the independent slate or political organization slate shall be eligible to receive matching funds of $100,000, up to the maximum amount of fund transfers; and allow independent slates or political organization slates to also raise qualifying contributions under KRS 121A.080.
