AN ACT relating to state government.
     Amend KRS 12.027 and 12.028 removing the temporary reorganization powers from the Economic Development Partnership; amend various sections of KRS Chapter 154 to remove any reference to the Economic Development Partnership and board, and transfer its authority, role and functions to the Cabinet for Economic Development; make conforming amendments; repeal KRS 154.10-010, KRS 154.10-020, and KRS 154.10-060.
