AN ACT relating to automobile lease contracts.
     Create a new section of KRS chapter 367, relating to consumer protection, to require anyone who leases automobiles in the regular course of business to prominently display the annual percentage rate in a lease contract; direct the Attorney General to promulgate regulations regarding placement, size, and color of the display, and the required method for computing the annual percentage rate.
