AN ACT relating to the vacant property review commission.
     Amend KRS 99.720, relating to the vacant property review commission, to allow an administrative official charged with the enforcement of the zoning ordinance of the city or county to determine whether the continuing utilization of a property as residential is a violation of the zoning ordinance.
