HB 9/HM (BR 79) - R. Damron, K. Bratcher, B. DeWeese
AN ACT relating to health insurance.
Amend KRS 304.17-316, 304.18-098, 304.32-1591, 304.38-1935 and create a new section of Subtitle 17A of KRS Chapter 304 to require health insurers to cover mammograms for any covered person, regardless of age, who has been diagnosed with breast disease upon referral by a health care practitioner acting within the scope of practice of the practitioner.

Jackson) - Create new sections of Subtitles 17, 17A, 18, 32, and 38 of KRS Chapter 304 to require health insurers to cover medical screening for certain insured men for prostate cancer; create new sections of Subtitles 17, 17A, 18, 32, and 38 of KRS Chapter 304 to require health insurers to cover medical screening for certain insured persons for colorectal cancer; and create new sections of Subtitles 17, 17A, 18, 32, and 38 of KRS Chapter 304 to require health insurers to cover medical screening for insured females for cervical cancer.
