AN ACT relating to utilities.
     Amend KRS 96.045 to include urban county government in the definition of municipality; include new definition of utility; provide specific limitations and permissible situations when a municipal government may condemn an existing utility; no other limitation upon the condemnation powers possessed by municipalities.
