AN ACT relating to taxation.
     Amend KRS 132.020 to remove the property tax on motor vehicles; amend KRS 134.805 to remove reference to county clerk's commission on property tax on motor vehicles; amend KRS 138.460 to increase the county clerk's commission on motor vehicle use tax from 3% to 4%; amend various statutes to limit payroll taxes levied by cities and counties to one percent (1%).
