AN ACT relating to public utilities.
     Amend KRS 278.040 to add supervision or regulation of any contract between a municipality and a regulated utility to the list of limitations on the commissions jurisdiction; add definition of municipality; amend KRS 278.200 to make technical corrections, to prohibit the commission's jurisdiction over contracts or agreements between a municipality and a regulated utility for the provision of utility service and to add a definition for municipality.
