AN ACT relating to establishment of the Kentucky Tobacco Settlement Trust Corporation.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 248 and amend KRS 12.020 and 42.016 to create the Kentucky Tobacco Settlement Trust Corporation; define the corporation's membership, powers, and duties; confirm Executive Order 99-1000.
