Establish the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Task Force to study activities that may be carried out by Kentucky to honor Abraham Lincoln on the occasion of the bicentennial of his birth in 2009; attach the task force to the Education, Arts, and Humanities Cabinet; specify membership and duties; appropriate to the cabinet $10,000 in each of Fiscal Years 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 for purposes of carrying out the resolution.
