     Direct a study of incentives to stimulate alternative fuel vehicle purchases, conversions, use, and development of supporting infrastructure; report containing findings and recommendations to be made to the Governor and LRC in early 2001.

     HCS - Retain all the provisions of the Resolution with the following change: provide for the task force to be staffed by the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet rather than by staff of the Legislative Research Commission.
