SB 159/FN/LM (BR 1157) - R. Sanders Jr
AN ACT relating to coroners.
Amend KRS 64.185 to increase the monthly salary of coroners and deputy coroners by one hundred dollars ($100).
SB 159 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, S. Riggs) - Amend GA Copy of SB 159 to allow fiscal courts of any county, urban or charter county government to compensate coroners and deputy coroners an additional amount of up to three hundred dollars ($300) per month as an expense allowance; renumber the following subsections accordingly.
HFA (1, J. Gray) - Amend KRS 72.025 to require that a post-mortem examination, in the case of a work related fatality, shall be an autopsy, and the costs of the autopsy shall be paid by the employer; amend KRS 72.020 to conform.
HFA (2/P, S. Westrom) - Attach provisions of HB 67/SCS to SB 159/GA.
HFA (3/Title, S. Westrom) - Make title amendment.
