AN ACT relating to employees in state-operated secondary area vocational education and technology centers.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 151B to require that employees who are transferred after the effective date of this Act from a state-operated secondary area vocational education and technology center to a local school district have the same benefits and rights they had under the KRS Chapter 18A and KRS Chapter 151B personnel systems and to require that accumulated sick, annual, and compensatory leave be transferred with them at the time of the transfer.
