AN ACT relating to solid waste sites and facilities.
     Create a new section of Subchapter 40 of KRS Chapter 224 to declare that odor, noise, light, and traffic congestion may be a public nuisance created by a solid waste site or facility; require the cabinet to impose permit conditions as necessary to control the nuisance.
