AN ACT protecting Senators and Representatives of the General Assembly from certain court processes.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 6 to provide that courts and administrative agencies shall not schedule proceedings at which an attorney who is a member of the General Assembly is required to appear during legislative sessions; invalidate any sanctions if member has files a motion for a legislative continuance that has not been granted; establish that section does not apply to criminal actions in which the member is a defendant.
