AN ACT relating to prisoner of war license plates.
Amend KRS 186.1701, regarding special license plates for former prisoners of war, to redesign plate to include replica of POW medal and the flags of Kentucky and the United States, and change expiration of POW plates from December 31 to the last day of the applicants birth month.
