AN ACT relating to tourism funding and making an appropriation therefor.
     Create two new sections of KRS Chapter 148.522 to 148.510 to establish the "Tourism Cabinet Supplemental Revenue Account", appropriate up to $3 million in FY 01, increasing by up to $3 million each year through FY 10, of selected sales tax receipts for marketing, advertisement, and development of tourism in Kentucky.
