SB 294/FN (BR 2350) - J. Pendleton
AN ACT relating to Medicaid reimbursement for chiropractic services.
Amend KRS 205.560 to require Medicaid coverage of services that are within the lawful scope of practice of a chiropractor to the extent that the Medical Assistance Program pays for the same services provided by a physician.
SB 294 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1/FN, B. Bailey) - Require that dispensing fee for prescription frames or lenses by identical to the current Medicare dispensing fee rate; amend KRS 205.621 to require that dentists participating in Medicaid be reimbursed at a rate equal to or greater than 100% of the 75th percentile of fees paid to dentists within the East South Central region of the United States, based upon a survey of dental fees published by the American Dental Association.

Treesh) - Retain original provisions and create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to protect a pharmacist who objects to dispensing medication that may terminate a pregnancy from liability; prohibit discrimination against a pharmacist who objects to dispensing medication that may terminate a pregnancy.
