AN ACT creating a Kentucky Child Support Guidelines Commission and setting its duties.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 403 to create a Kentucky Child Support Guidelines Commission, specify its membership and duties, create transitional provisions, and amend KRS 403.213, relating to child support guidelines, to conform.
