AN ACT relating to health care coverage for low-income working parents in Kentucky.
     Create a new section of KRS 205.510 to 205.630 to require Cabinet for Health Services to request any federal waiver necessary to expand Medicaid to cover working parents with family incomes up to 100% of the federal poverty level; require reasonable copayments; create a new section of KRS 205.510 to 205.630 to require the Department for Medicaid Services to apply for any federal waiver necessary to permit the department to require any person who applies for Medicaid to also complete an advance directive.
