AN ACT relating to funds available for tobacco quota loss.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 248 to authorize the Kentucky Tobacco Settlement Agreement Board to provide its facilities in the distribution of the funds made available for quota loss under the "Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 2000," if the determination is made by the Commonwealth and the United States Department of Agriculture to use this option in the distribution of funds and if determination is made, require them to use the Phase II formula used in 1999.
