AN ACT relating to speed limits.
     Amend KRS 189.390, regarding speed limits, to set the speed limits for interstates and parkways at 70 mph, state highways at 55 mph, and business/residential districts at 35 mph and allow Transportation Cabinet to set lower speeds based on traffic and engineering studies; amend KRS 189.394, regarding fines for traffic offenses, to conform.
