AN ACT relating to the prosecution of capital criminal cases.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 15 to require the Attorney General's Office to assist in prosecution of capital criminal cases in counties where there is no full-time Commonwealth's attorney; create a new section of KRS Chapter 21A to require that the trial of a capital case be conducted by a senior status judge and require capital case training for senior status judges.
