AN ACT relating to court fees.
     Amend 2000 Acts Chapter 549, PART I OPERATING BUDGET, Section F. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION CABINET, Paragraph 39. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION CABINET, at pages 3307 to 3309 to delete paragraph directing court security payments to be $7 and to be collected through the Finance and Administration Cabinet; amend KRS 23A.205 to provide that court security payments from circuit clerks go directly to sheriffs; amend KRS 24A.175 to provide that court security payments from circuit clerks go directly to sheriffs; amend KRS 64.092 to provide that sheriffs will receive court security payments directly from the respective court clerks; effective July 1, 2001.
