AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 532.025, relating to aggravating and mitigating circumstances for murder cases, to add the aggravating circumstance that the murder was especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel in that it involved torture or serious physical abuse beyond that necessary to produce death.
