AN ACT relating to agricultural contracting.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 260 to define terms, to require processors and contractors to submit unexecuted copies of agricultural contracts to the Commissioner of Agriculture for filing; and to authorize the commissioner to apply for an injunction from the Franklin Circuit Court to enforce the Act; create noncodified sections to direct the Interim Joint Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources to study the issue of agricultural contracting and to report its findings to the LRC by December 1, 2001.
