AN ACT relating to public morals.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to create definitions of "full or partial nudity," " public place" and other terms; create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to create the crime of public indecency as a Class A misdemeanor; create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to create the crime of invasion of privacy as a Class B misdemeanor for a first offense, Class A misdemeanor for a second offense, and Class D felony for a third or subsequent offense.
