AN ACT relating to distribution practices for petroleum products.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 365 to prohibit a refiner, distributor, manufacturer, or transporter of petroleum products from requiring a dealer to purchase from a particular franchiser and prohibit price discrimination between different franchisee purchasers of the franchisor's brand of petroleum products; create a new section of KRS Chapter 365 to vest enforcement with the Attorney General and provide for injunctions; amend KRS 365.992 to provide a criminal penalty for violation.
