AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.592 to include solid waste positions in the division charged with the collection of solid waste in an urban-county government created under KRS 67A whose principal duties include the collection, handling, and removal of refuse, yard waste, and recycled items, including hazardous materials, and the operation of heavy equipment under traffic and weather conditions that require frequent exposure to a high degree of danger, peril, and injury.
