AN ACT relating to postsecondary education institutions.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to permit the governing boards of the state postsecondary education institutions to bring a civil action against employees, agents, and vendors to recover actual damages for acts and omissions that result in penalties, disqualification, or suspension of the institution from participating in intercollegiate athletics; and permit the recovery of punitive damages, court costs, attorney's fees, and interest.
