AN ACT relating to economic development.
     Amend KRS 154.12-260 to give responsibility to the Office of Coal County Development to serve as a coordinating agency and clearinghouse for information on all state and federal economic development programs, policies, and administrative regulations that affect counties having an account in the Local Government Economic Development Program.
