AN ACT relating to the operation of a motor vehicle.
     Create a new section of KRS 189 to define the term "wireless telephone", prohibit the use of wireless telephones by the operator of a motor vehicle, provide limited exceptions; amend KRS 189.990 to set fine for violation of Section 1 at between $20 and $100.
