HB 56/FN (BR 204) - R. Mobley, B. Colter, R. Nelson

     AN ACT relating to tuition at postsecondary educational institutions.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to establish the "Top Scholars Program" providing a waiver of tuition and mandatory fees at state-supported postsecondary institutions upon the initial enrollment of a student who scores 21 and above on the ACT and who demonstrates good character, citizenship, and leadership while attending a public high school.
