HB 65/FN (BR 6) - H. Moberly
AN ACT relating to statutory definitions.
Amend KRS 446.010 to define "biennium" to mean the two-year period commencing on July 1 in each even-numbered year and ending on June 30 in the ensuing even-numbered-year; amend KRS 61.510 to clarify "current service" and "prior service" to mean each month of service and "creditable compensation" to mean each month of the year and "officers and employees of the General Assembly" to mean occupants of those positions enumerated in KRS 6.150 and their assistants if employed by the General Assembly for at least six regular legislative sessions.
HB 65 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, C. Geveden) - Amend KRS 61.600 pertaining to a disability retirement application to create an exemption from the pre-existing condition provision if the person has at least 10 years rather than 16 years of service with the state.
