Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish a task force to study the physical and financial conditions of Kentucky cemeteries; require the study's findings and recommendations to be submitted to the Legislative Research Commission by September 30, 2001; establish makeup of task force; establish contents of study.
HCR 66 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend to add the Director of the Kentucky Historical Society or his or her designee to the Task Force; require the study to include the conditions of cemeteries maintained by the Department of Parks under KRS 148.161.
HFA (1, T. Feeley) - Require the study to include the condition of cemeteries maintained by the Department of Parks under KRS 148.161.
HFA (2, R. Meeks) - Amend to specify that members' expenses will be paid in accordance with LRC guidelines; specify that LRC staff will conduct study and will request assistance, as needed, from Attorney General's staff.
