Direct the Cabinet for Health Services to complete a study to determine the usefulness of obtaining a finger print of any individual to whom a controlled drug is dispensed and documenting the origin of calls ordering prescriptions for controlled substances in deterring fraudulent procurement and abuse of controlled substances; require a report to the Legislative Research Commission and the Interim Joint Committee on Health and Welfare by September 1, 2001.
