AN ACT relating to health insurance.
     Amend KRS 304.17A-712 to require a health insurer to give a health care provider at least 30 days written notice of a request of reimbursement of a health insurance payment; require the provider to pay the amount within 30 days; permit the provider to reimburse the insurer in monthly installments over a period of time not to exceed 12 months if the requested amount is $200 or more.
