SB 139 (BR 10) - K. Stine
AN ACT relating to the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee.
Amend KRS 6.905, to specify that the members of the Program Review and Investigations Committee are to be appointed within seven legislative days of the end of each regular session held in even-numbered years; require the committee to select its officers following the end of the regular session in even-numbered years.

HFA (1, R. Meeks) - Amend to create a Task Force on Native American Indian Tribes in the Commonwealth to study the implications of and the issues involved in state recognition of Native American Indian tribes in Kentucky; establish membership of the task force.
