AN ACT relating to check cashing.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 368 to declare that the General Assembly in creating KRS Chapter 368 in 1992, relating to check cashing, intended for the legislation to include deferred deposit transactions; declare that a check cashing company licensed prior to July 15, 1998 that accepted and deferred deposit of personal checks was authorized to charge a fee that was not subject to the usury laws.
