SB 182/AA (BR 1141) - L. Casebier, L. Saunders

     AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 78.615 to allow noncertified employees of school boards who retire between July 1, 2000, and August 1, 2001, to choose to receive credit for school year 2000/01 as calculated before July 15, 2000.
