AN ACT relating to the striking-off of county territory.
     Amend KRS 67.030 to allow for petition by voters within a territory to be transferred to another county; require the counties involved to reach agreement on the transfer; require an election within the territory to be stricken only to authorize the transfer; require that voters approve a proposed constitutional amendment to Section 64 of the Kentucky Constitution before the provisions of this Act become effective.
