AN ACT relating to local option elections.
     Amend KRS 242.185 to delete provision permitting a local option election in a dry city or county for the sale of alcoholic beverages at restaurants and dining facilities meeting specific criteria; delete provisions setting out the procedures to be followed and the wording of the proposition on the ballot; delete the authority for a governing board of a third class city or a county containing a third class city or to establish by ordinance the Sunday sale of distilled spirits and wine at certain hotels, motels, or restaurants meeting specific criteria.
