Direct the Interim Joint Committee on Education to analyze the Support Education Excellence in Kentucky (SEEK) formula and other school finance issues to determine if an equitable and adequate system of education is being provided in all 176 public school districts; the committee shall report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Legislative Research Commission no later than December 1, 2001.
