AN ACT relating to veterans' education.
     Create a section of KRS Chapter 164 to provide definitions for veterans' tuition waiver programs; amend KRS 164.480 to allow a tuition waiver to Kentucky veterans who served in a theater of operations during any war period declared by the U.S. Department of Veterans' Affairs; amend KRS 164.500 to change the term "scholarship" to "tuition waiver"; require the Kentucky Department for Veterans' Affairs to promulgate administrative regulations relating to the eligibility of applicants.
