AN ACT relating to training of property valuation administrators.
     Amend KRS 132.590 relating to the training and compensation of property valuation administrators to specify that the annual incentive of $687.67 per calendar year for each 40 hour training unit successfully completed shall be based on continuing service in that office and require completion of at least 40 hours of training each subsequent year; prohibit property valuation administrators from receiving more than one (1) training unit per calendar year or more than four (4) incentive payments per calendar year; allow property valuation administrator to carry forward up to forty (40) hours of training credit into the following calendar year for the purpose of satisfying the minimum amount of training for that year; require Kentucky Revenue Cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to establish guidelines for the approval and certification of training units.
