AN ACT relating to insurance.
     Amend KRS 304.12-030 to bring annuities and variable insurance products under the scope of the current requirements for the replacement of life insurance; include within the definition of replaced policy an existing policy or contract that has been or is to be used in a financed purchase; amend KRS 304.15-700 to delete requirement for attendance at a pre-licensing training class for viatical settlement brokers; amend KRS 304.15-717 to prohibit an individual from viaticating a life insurance policy during the contestable period unless the viator certifies to the viatical settlement provider that enumerated conditions have been met.
